Lisa is a renowned thought leader and recognized international speaker/trainer on project management techniques, project management office (PMO) operations, business strategy and turnaround efforts. As a frequent speaker at industry events and conferences, Lisa is passionate about supporting business success through simple project management practices. With over 20 years of hands-on experience, Lisa has led many successful re-engineering efforts across all spectrums of healthcare; she delights helping organizations deliver project results effectively and efficiently.
Lisa is the author of multiple project management books, articles and blogs. She is a PMI® SeminarsWorld™ instructor and a distance instructor for Prodevia Learning. Prior to founding Your Project Office, Lisa was the director of the Enterprise Project Management Office at Boston-based Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare. She was a core member of the turnaround team instrumental in guiding the organization from near-collapse to national acclaim.
Lisa is a past member on the Board of Directors for the South Shore Chamber of Commerce and the Women’s Business Connection. She is the founder of Leadership in Action, an annual conference designed to create a sense of empowerment for high-school girls.
Lisa spends her free time cycling and is a competitive open-water rower.
Stacey DiStefano, MHA

Leveraging her deep experience in healthcare, Stacey works across a range of projects with an eye toward maximizing efficiency, ensuring transparency, instilling accountability and delivering results. Along with the rest of the Team at Your Project Office, she is focused on instilling project management as a business competency. She has worked with organizations to optimize existing project management offices (PMOs) and enjoys the challenge of taking overall performance to the next level.
In addition to establishing new PMOs or optimizing existing PMOs, Stacey has managed a large array of different projects across various organizations. They have included transforming primary care practices into high-functioning patient-centered medical homes, assisting organizations to refine their physician compensation models and establishing a Communications Center for a large medical group practice.
Her expertise in project management, team facilitation, strategy development, operational and program assessment, and process transformation position her to assist many different organizations across a range of initiatives.
Stacey is also a mentor to recent graduates of the University of New Hampshire’s programs in Healthcare Administration. She is actively involved in Life Community Church of Quincy and enjoys time spent at the ocean with her family.
With three decades of experience, Terry is an internationally recognized expert in Enterprise/Project Portfolio Management (EPM/PPM) and the PMO. Terry is best known for developing practices aligned to the challenges of modern business. His contemporary work is widely recognized as a catalyst for redefining the role of the modern corporate PMO. As a consultant, Terry has been a trusted advisor to more than a hundred organizations in a wide variety of industries.In addition to consulting, he shares his domain expertise through writing, industry presentations and workshops. He is the co-author of Taming Change with Portfolio Management (Durbin & Doerscher, 2010), and is a contributing author to several other books Terry is a long-time member of the Project Management Institute (PMI)® and the Program Management Office Community of Practice; is ITIL v.3 Foundation certified; and is a Certified Process Design Engineer (CPDE).
Terry spends most of his free time on his motorcycles exploring the Texas Hill Country and beyond.

Hy has built a reputation over 30 years as an expert in project management. He has extensive experience managing programs across many industries, including software, information technology services, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, construction, supply chain, finance, and energy.
Hy specializes in facilitating Project Initiation and Project Planning workshops, enabling organizations to establish detailed project plans that prove to be comprehensive, reliable, and effective in achieving business results. He is a long time PMP® and Six Sigma Green Belt, and is past Secretary, and Emeritus of the Measured Progress Board of Directors. His creative and innovative approach to implementing a national telecommunications system was a lead story in CIO Magazine, and was among the technology achievements reviewed in articles and interviews published in Computerworld and Information Week.

When Hy is not enjoying time with family and friends, he can be found playing golf, softball, or skiing on the lake. He is also an avid photographer, and has a worldwide collection of photos while travelling with his wife, Judy.
James Williams, PMP
James has over 20 years’ experience in healthcare split between managed care, biopharmaceutical, medical devices and healthcare IT. He has seven years of successful project management experience working with 13 of the top 25 global biopharmaceutical companies and three of the top 10 global medical device companies. James specializes in consulting in areas of strategy, competitive strategy, competitive intelligence, and market research. James also has deep domain expertise in CRM, healthcare analytics, and healthcare data encryption. James’ resume includes positions at Deloitte, IMS Health, and Tufts Health Plan.
In his free time James likes combining his hobbies of photography and travel, having visited much of Western and Eastern Europe, Asia, Australia and the majority of the United States. He also has a five year old daughter who makes for fun photos. She particularly likes photos while boating and camping.
Office Administrator & Marketing Coordinator
Credited with organizational and leadership strengths, Kim applies her strengths in critical-thinking and creative problem-solving while managing day-to-day operations. She is the ‘voice’ of Your Project Office when you contact us and is best known for her keen ability to establish rapport with colleague and clients. She promotes a team-centered culture based on collaboration and communication.
Kim’s background includes sports management, psychology, and marketing. She has provided strategic direction to reporting staffs, has implemented software solutions to enhance operational efficiencies, and has established procedural controls to effectively streamline and standardize workflows and internal processes. Kim is a graduate of Boston College and recently completed the Addictions Counselor Education Program from UMass Boston.
Kim enjoys boating and spending time on Cape Cod with her family.
